Bioplatforms Australia Data Portal

The Bioplatforms Australia Framework Initiatives are national collaborative projects that generate high-impact ‘omics data and knowledge resources to support some of Australia’s biggest scientific challenges across agriculture, biomedicine, the environment and industry.

The resulting datasets and data objects are stored within (or linked from) the Bioplatforms Australia Data Portal and are all accompanied by a rich set of metadata to enhance reuse.

  • You can freely browse and search for data using a web-based interface

  • A summary of the data available at the species level can be found on the summary page

  • Full access to the data files requires registration

  • Guides on how to find and download data can be found on the user support page
