All welcome to join in this informal meeting of researchers, scientists and bioinformaticians working on or interested in microbiome analysis to to hear about relevant projects, services, resources, and to voice your requirements and challenges.

The goals of these meetings are to bring the community together to share knowledge, exchange ideas and to identify the needs to better support microbiome research in Australia. We will aim to hold these meetings regularly each quarter.

The April meeting will feature project updates from Prof Robert Edwards (Flinders University) and Dr Rob Finn (EMBL-EBI’s Microbiome Informatics Team), and an update on QIIME2 workflows in Galaxy Australia.
