MEETING: Single Cell and Spatial Omics community

All welcome to join in this informal meeting of researchers, scientists and bioinformaticians working in single cell and/or spatial omics to hear about relevant projects, services, resources, and to voice your requirements and challenges.

The goals of these meetings are to bring the community together to share knowledge, exchange ideas and to identify the needs to better support single cell and spatial omics research in Australia. We will aim to hold these meetings regularly each quarter.

Next meeting: 4 June 2024, 15:00 AEST / 14:30 ACST / 13:00 AWST

The June meeting will feature project updates from Dr Laura Perlaza-Jimenez (Monash Genomics and Bioinformatics Platform) and Dr Wendi Bacon (The Open University) and a discussion of priority tools for single cell and spatial omics.

Information on how to join the meeting and more details on the discussion topics can be found in the agenda.
