As a Communications Officer, Rahul translates complex technical content into clear and engaging messaging. He develops and delivers strategic outreach, content, and stakeholder engagement activities to drive the awareness, engagement and uptake of Australian BioCommons services.

Rahul brings a background in biomedical engineering and public health, and communications experience from across the higher education, public health and medical research sectors. He is passionate about empowering researchers through audience-first storytelling and focuses on developing user-centred communications that are engaging, actionable and strategic. He believes that every person has an interesting story, and aims to work with them to bring the details to life.

Outside of work, Rahul enjoys cooking and exploring food from different cultures. A self-confessed coffee snob, cricket fanatic and reader of sci-fi and fantasy, he is happy to go for a walk and chat about most topics on any given day.
