  • Please check your spam/junk folder. If the email does not appear within [15?] minutes, please contact support for further assistance.

  • Some sensitive or embargoed datasets require specific permissions. You may need to request access to a bundle via the profile page to view this data.

  • Access permissions are updated when you log in. If you have just received approval, please log out and then back in to refresh your permissions.

  • Common issues include using an incorrect API key or the wrong script format for your computer.

    • API Key: Check your BPA Data Portal profile to ensure you are using a valid API key

    • Script format: Ensure that you are using the correct script for your platform (e.g. Python versus PowerShell)
